Our story
TerraMine Management LLC was founded on a simple observation: too many technical studies are written to be filed rather than to be used. Projects stall on assumptions nobody checked, and operations bleed margin on problems nobody owns.
We set out to be the firm that closes that gap. Our consultants have worked as mine geologists, planning engineers, metallurgists and environmental leads on operating sites.
That background shapes everything we deliver: schedules that respect real cycle times, resource models that honour the drilling, closure plans that survive the regulator's red pen.
We stay deliberately small. Every engagement is led by a senior professional who does the work rather than delegating it, and who remains your point of contact long after the report is issued.
Three commitments on every job.
We take no equity, no success fees and no vendor commissions. Our only incentive is to be right, and to be seen to be right by whoever reads the work.
Independence
Every number has a source and every assumption has a sensitivity. Reports are written so a reviewer can rebuild the result, not just read it.
Rigor
If a project does not work, we say so early and explain why. A hard answer in month one is worth more than a polished one in month nine.
